Job summary

FeedConstruct in Argentina is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

This part-time role runs Monday to Friday, offers a flexible schedule and remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
