ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking Mandarin-English interpreters for a fully remote, full-time contractor role. The position supports healthcare-related interpretation and requires on-demand availability, professional conduct, and ongoing training.

We offer a fully remote setup, monthly payments, immediate onboarding, and a per-minute rate structure. Ideal for reliable interpreters with healthcare terminology familiarity and strong language skills.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical, specifically)
• Go into internal professional training
• Communicate and report to your team leader
