Agent Careers is seeking a Project Manager for US-based luxury residential construction projects. This remote role supports a Florida-based custom home builder, coordinating management, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects organized and moving forward.

The candidate will review construction documents, budgets, and vendor proposals, while maintaining professional client communications and ensuring high-quality execution in a remote, international team setting.

Formación

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets.
• Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
