Hyre is seeking an SEO Specialist to optimize websites, create content, and drive organic traffic for home services clients. You will focus on local SEO, technical audits, and data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, working 100% remotely.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with key SEO tools. A quiet home office and reliable internet are required for success in US business hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proficient with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page optimization best practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and major CMS platforms (WordPress, Elementor, Oxygen).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain SEO concepts clearly.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet home office with reliable internet and power backup.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement strategies to improve site performance and health.
• Perform deep keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
• Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies.
• Optimize and manage local SEO across Google Business Profiles and directories.
• Monitor organic performance with GA4, Search Console, and SEMrush; provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with web developers to resolve crawlability and indexing bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on major algorithm changes and evolving SEO trends.
• Oversee SEO setup for launch of new websites and landing pages.
