Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA coders to review AI-generated code and rate model responses. You’ll write prompts and contribute to training AI models that generate and debug code, all on a flexible, 1099-contract basis with remote work across Latin America.

Ideal candidates hold a Computer Science degree, have production-code experience, and can communicate fluently in English. Apply from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions like accuracy and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and advance coding capabilities.
