Outlier is building a structured remote program for LatAm's best software engineers to train AI models in code generation. As a QA Coder, you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear coding prompts while working from anywhere in Latin America.

This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with competitive hourly pay and performance incentives. Ideal candidates hold a CS degree and have live production code experience, with strong English communication and meticulous attention

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail in code and prompts.
