Job summary

Welo Global is seeking detail-oriented Search & Data Labeling Raters for an AI data annotation project to improve e-commerce search experiences. You will assess the relevance of searches by analyzing queries and matching them to products, following ESCI guidelines.

This remote freelance role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Italian. The project lasts 4 weeks with a pay rate of $8.80 USD/hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the intent behind customer search queries.
• Identify product types (PT) and relevant attributes (e.g., brand, size, color) within queries.
• Evaluate the relevance between search queries and product listings using defined guidelines (ESCI framework).
• Determine product availability and validate product links.
• Provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality annotations.
• Follow project guidelines and meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
