Job summary

Evox is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst to join a remote LATAM-focused performance marketing team. You will own the research, data, and drafts that form client recommendations and, in complex engagements, lead the synthesis from briefs to insights.

You’ll conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, analyze third-party data, and build drafts and strategic documents. Strong writing, organization, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English; able to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across multiple client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences (websites, email, inquiry flows).
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across concurrent engagements with inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership.
