Alignerr is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to build and scale the operational workflows powering our contributor network. You’ll apply systems thinking and data-driven problem solving across strategy and execution in a fast-moving AI data team.

This fully remote contract role offers 40 hours per week and the freedom to optimize processes, run experiments, and develop scalable pipelines from sourcing to onboarding. Join a team driving ambitious growth.

Formación

• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect processes.
• Experience with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth.
• Design scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop strategies to expand contributor supply across segments and geographies.
• Track and analyze growth metrics to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to move experiments from idea to execution.
• Create documentation for repeatable processes and SOPs.
• Conduct competitive and market research to surface growth opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and campaign analysis with structured data collection.
