Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners.
This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams optimize campaigns and decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems while maintaining data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
