Job summary

The Ridge is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist on a contractor basis to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs with a keen eye for quality, usability, and realism, providing detailed feedback and annotations. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required; experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Qualifications

Proficient in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics and UI/UX concepts.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using professional design tools.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and UX.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
