S&P Global’s in-house agency, The 199, seeks a Graphic Design Manager to remotely lead creative design and motion projects across multiple platforms. You will review AI-generated outputs, provide actionable feedback, and uphold high-quality visuals for cross-functional campaigns.

The role emphasizes strong typography, layout, and brand consistency, with experience in video editing and UI/UX. This is a senior, remote opportunity with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of exceptional work demonstrating design skills and experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in related creative fields.
• Proficiency with industry-standard creative tools and workflows.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and shape high-quality graphic design and motion graphics projects.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, usability, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and feedback for AI training data.
• Collaborate with creative directors and designers to ensure brand consistency.
• Deliver work within deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
