Qualifications

• 0–4 years of hands-on data analytics experience in a marketing/agency environment.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and filtering.
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Experience working with large datasets and data validation.
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and meaningful insights from data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Extract, query, and manipulate data using SQL from relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Analyze large transactional and consumer datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Build and maintain structured datasets to support recurring reports and analyses.
• Calculate key business metrics such as market share and purchasing behavior.
• Work with raw and semi-structured data, cleaning and categorizing information.
• Validate data outputs and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting needs and answer business questions.
• Translate complex datasets into clear findings and recommendations.
