A fast-growing SaaS startup in Buenos Aires is seeking a Sales Manager - Enterprise & Strategic Accounts to lead and close high-value deals while shaping the company's go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven ability to navigate complex negotiations. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours. Formación

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing deals or reps.
  • Deep experience closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Responsabilidades

  • Own and close large enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR) through multi-touch sales cycles.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and GTM execution.
  • Coach AEs through complex negotiations and long sales timelines.
