Kreato Global | BPO and Language Solutions is seeking experienced English-Spanish interpreters based in Latin America for a remote OPI/VRI role starting in October 2026. You will facilitate accurate, confidential interpretation across healthcare, legal, financial and social service contexts while upholding professionalism and impartiality.

A minimum of six months of verifiable remote OPI/VRI experience is mandatory; advanced English (C1) and native Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of verifiable remote OPI/VRI experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Native or native-level Spanish fluency with excellent comprehension and active listening.
• Ability to deliver accurate, impartial consecutive interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of medical, financial, and social service terminology.
• Understanding of patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA-related requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, active listening, and emotional composure.
• Reliability with attendance and schedule adherence.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, professional environment with a reliable wired internet connection.
