Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to build emails in the client’s ESP, design automated flows, and schedule email and SMS campaigns. You will learn on client accounts and take ownership within the first 90 days.

You will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00 PT, with full-time remote opportunity. Proficiency in English (C2/C1) is required, and experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze, or Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• C2 or C1 English level is required.

Responsibilities

• Build sliced and designed emails inside the email service provider.
• Set up email flows like abandoned cart and welcome flows.
• Set up and schedule emails and SMS campaigns.
• Select the correct audience or segment for campaigns.
• Schedule campaigns for the specified time.
• Have the internal team review your work.
• Work from tasks created in Asana.
