Job summary

Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to plan and execute data migration activities for a major enterprise program.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system, working in UTC timezone and communicating in English. This 100% remote, full-time role requires strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and prior exposure to ERP migrations (preferably S/4HANA).

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience working on S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

Responsibilities

Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)

Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
