Pearster is seeking an AI Analyst - Agentic AI, Backend & Data Developer to build ML models for document understanding and NLP tasks in a fintech context. You will leverage Python, Pandas, and scikit-learn, applying OCR and NLP techniques to processing pipelines.

You will deploy models via REST APIs using Docker and Azure ML, collaborating across teams. The role emphasizes backend development with Python, API design, data pipelines, and strong English communication with international teams.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ML engineering experience with NLP or financial data processing.
• Strong Python experience with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, transformers).
• Knowledge of OCR, PDF parsing, Excel data extraction.

Responsabilidades
