AgileEngine in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop SQL and Tableau models, leverage Python and AI tooling, maintain data warehouses and data pipelines, validate data accuracy, and present findings to varied audiences. The role offers flextime with remote and office options and USD-based compensation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands‑on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands‑on Python development experience (prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).
• Prior practical, hands‑on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper‑intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.
