Crewbloom, Inc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofits. This remote role focuses on turning marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and improve campaigns.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, support data accuracy, and collaborate across teams to inform strategy with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
