Blacksmith Agency Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting and analytics strategy across higher education and nonprofit partners. This role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and campaign performance.

You’ll build dashboards with cross-functional teams, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support strategic marketing decisions through data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
