This role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and improve campaign performance. You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, enhance reporting systems, and support data-driven
Qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics or marketing data.
- Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
