Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a remote, contractor role. You will audit and optimize CRM and linked revenue systems, resolve data issues, and document operational decisions for scalable governance across billing, CPQ, and ticketing.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in major CRM platforms, experience with migrations or rollouts, and strong SQL/API skills, plus excellent English communication in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
