Evox is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator / Creative Traffic Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets for a US marketing agency focused on higher education. You will coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and act as the main contact for cross-functional teams, driving smooth delivery from kickoff to delivery.

With at least two years of creative project management in an agency setting, you will help optimize processes and support mission-driven clients.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership updates abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines in Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, copy, and marketing.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
