Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for our US Marketing Agency client. This fully remote role supports creative campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage schedules, track milestones, and maintain project communications with designers, copywriters, and strategists. A minimum of two years in creative/marketing project management is expected, with strong PM tools experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools: Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks early.
