Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for updates to leadership and teams.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns using PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress, identify at-risk tasks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows and implement improvements to creative operations.
