Dia Group is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role within a US marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and serve as the go-to contact for cross-functional teams.

A minimum of two years in managing creative projects in an agency setting is preferred. You’ll work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure timely delivery, optimize processes, and maintain clear stakeholder updates.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience managing creative/marketing projects in an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Understanding of creative processes in campaigns and content development.
