EDETEK is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support clinical data processing activities. This role involves accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data in accordance with SOPs while ensuring quality and timely completion, and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work remotely.

You will collaborate with QC reviewers, organize documents, and help improve data workflows.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of data entry, administrative support, operations, or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
• Review source documents to ensure completeness and identify discrepancies.
• Verify entered data for accuracy and resolve data inconsistencies when appropriate.
• Maintain data integrity by following SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Quality Control reviewers to resolve data issues.
• Track assigned work and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Assist with document organization, data validation, and record maintenance.
• Escalate data quality concerns or process issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other operational support tasks as assigned
