Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Construction Engineering.
• Experience in construction estimating and quantity surveying.
• Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic civil engineering tasks based on construction and infrastructure workflows.
• Interpret tender documents, specs, drawings, schedules, and pricing information.
• Prepare and verify quantity schedules, takeoffs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Match specified work to appropriate pricing entries, checking materials, units, conversions, and scope.
• Identify conflicting requirements, missing information, duplicate items, and omissions; document their implications and clarifications.
• Create reference solutions with traceable calculations, source citations, and clearly justified assumptions.
• Review AI-generated outputs and independently verify reference answers for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with technical contributors to define reproducible tasks and evaluation criteria.
