The role involves designing a phased PBX-to-SIP migration while managing a team of engineers. Strong communication skills and experience in voice AI systems are essential. The position offers a freelance hourly contract, fully remote work and competitive compensation ranging from $150 to $200 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Formación

• Hands-on experience migrating organizations to modern SIP trunks.
• Familiar with designing phased rollout strategies.
• Experience with real-time voice agent stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full technical architecture for an AI voice agent system.
• Design and execute a phased PBX-to-SIP migration.
• Coordinate a team of engineers for MVP stage.
