People Architects is seeking a hands-on Brand Web & Email Designer to bring a high‑growth client’s DTC Masterbrand to life across Shopify storefronts, landing pages, product pages, emails, and social templates.

You will own brand execution, design high‑converting pages, and build a lightweight design system, while collaborating with US teammates during overlapping hours. Proficiency in English and a track record of shipping converting pages are essential.

Formación

4+ years in brand/web design for DTC/e‑commerce with shipped pages.
Hands-on Shopify experience: you build pages yourself (theme sections, and/or Replo, Shogun, or similar).
Email design experience in Klaviyo that is both on‑brand and performance‑minded.
Expert in Figma; comfortable with working HTML/CSS (and Liquid a plus).
Strong systems thinking — you keep things consistent as they scale.
Several hours of daily overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

Own brand execution across web, email, and social — build and maintain a lightweight design system.
Design and build high‑converting Shopify pages: landing pages, PDPs, membership and quiz pages.
Create branded, high‑performing email and SMS templates in Klaviyo.
Templates & social: craft organic assets so non‑paid channels look credible.
