AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, Python, and hands-on experience with AI coding tools.

You will interact with customers to gather requirements, validate data sources, and drive data processes, while communicating insights effectively to diverse audiences.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience, including maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Ability to maintain/validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Nice to have: Snowflake development experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands‑on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands‑on Python development experience (prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).
• Prior practical, hands‑on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

NICE TO HAVES

• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.
