Job summary

Uptalent.io is seeking a Remote BIM Specialist (Advanced Level) to lead the delivery of high-quality Revit models for California-based projects. The role emphasizes strong Revit proficiency, coordination with consultants, and ensuring code compliance across BIM workflows.

The candidate should have 5+ years in architectural design with BIM (Revit), 2+ years on U.S.-based projects, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of architectural design with BIM (Revit) experience.
2+ years on U.S.-based projects or with U.S. clients using BIM workflows.
Knowledge of California codes and regulations.
Strong Revit proficiency and BIM coordination ability.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Full availability to work aligned with California business hours.

Responsibilities

Lead production of construction documentation ( CDs ) in Revit.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants and ensure drawing consistency.
Review drawings for technical accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
Manage markups and revisions during DD and CD phases.
Support the Project Architect in maintaining project schedules and deliverables.
