Entrepreneur Cooperative is looking for a Bilingual Dental Admin & Receptionist to provide administrative support for a U.S.-based dental practice. You will manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and ensure effective communication between patients and the dental team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish with experience in dental or healthcare administration. This is a fully remote role with opportunities for long-term growth within healthcare administration.

Formación

• Must have 1–2 years of experience in U.S. dental or healthcare administration.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient communication is essential.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher is required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in English and Spanish.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with billing coordination.
