Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Associate in a largely office-based setting with potential remote activities on assigned projects. You will collaborate with the CRA and Clinical Lead to support site readiness, monitoring logistics, and study management tasks across phases.

Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree with 0–2 years of related experience, strong ICH GCP knowledge, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or nursing equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform site management activities and assist with monitoring tasks.
• Complete study-specific training and systems onboarding.
• Support pre-study assessments and site readiness activities.
• Coordinate vendor-related processes and site invoicing when needed.
• Assist with documentation and data collection across EMR/EHR and CTMS.
