A global recruiting firm is seeking a proactive Appointment Setter for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing inbound and outbound lead communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring prompt responses. Candidates should have proven experience in customer support or sales coordination, excellent written communication skills in English (C2 level), and strong organizational abilities. This position offers the chance to work with international teams in a startup environment focused on growth and communication.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Language: English (C2 Level required)
Location: Remote – LATAM preferred

We’re hiring a proactive and highly organized Appointment Setter to support our client’s growing sales team. This role is key in keeping the sales pipeline moving, managing inbound and outbound lead communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring every prospect receives a timely, professional response.
You’ll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to keep calendars aligned, CRM data clean, and communication consistent across multiple channels
