FutureProofing is hiring an Applied AI/ML Engineer to design, implement, and ship production-ready AI/ML solutions within client product teams. This remote, contract role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to select models, develop end-to-end pipelines, and integrate AI components into existing systems.

You will experiment with algorithms, train and evaluate models, analyze data, and optimize performance for scalability, reliability, and cost.

Formación

• Strong CS foundation and experience building scalable software systems.
• Practical expertise in pattern recognition and statistics for real-world data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with neural networks and modern ML frameworks for training and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++ and software engineering practices.
• Experience deploying models to production environments (cloud, containers, microservices).
• Experience with data pipelines and APIs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in remote, cross-functional teams with ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in CS/Math/Engineering or equivalent.
