Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages and strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs and provide actionable feedback.
• Explain code reasoning clearly and precisely to improve AI coding assistants.
• Design challenging prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
