Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help improve AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and flagging issues. You will score model responses and contribute to prompts that test and train the system, using clear guidelines and structured criteria. This role supports flexible, remote work with competitive hourly pay in USD.

Eligible applicants are geographically diverse and include multiple Latin American countries. A Bachelor's in CS and production-code experience are strongly preferred.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions such as accuracy and instruction following.
• Write computer science questions and prompts to challenge AI models.
