Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to join a structured remote program that helps train AI models by reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code. You’ll collaborate with teams across Latin America, working from anywhere with flexible hours.

As a QA Coder, you will review code, rate model responses on accuracy and instruction following, and craft high-quality prompts to challenge AI models. Prior software engineering experience and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions (accuracy, instruction following, presentation).
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to push AI models and coding abilities.
