Pearster is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team in Argentina in a 100% remote role. You will create engaging visual content that strengthens our brand identity and supports internal and external communications across digital channels.

You will work with Marketing, People, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling visual assets, manage multiple projects independently, and maintain a consistent brand identity.

Qualifications

• Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and/or Canva.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere/CapCut+).
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, and branding.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and the company website.
• Develop corporate presentations, branded materials, and other visual communications.
• Create employer branding assets supporting talent attraction and engagement.
• Design internal communication materials for employees and teams.
• Adapt assets for different digital platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Maintain visual consistency across brand communications and materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, People, and other departments on campaigns.
• Edit images and perform basic photo retouching.
• Create and adapt visual content based on brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organize the design asset library.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts for new campaigns.
