TELUS Digital invites you to join as an E-commerce Product & Search Relevancy Expert to help an AI learn how to suggest the perfect products to online shoppers. You will match items across massive catalogs and decide which items belong together.

You will check compatibility for the same use case, review metadata, and maintain a clean, structured list of matches following brand guidelines while researching new product domains.

Formación

• Experience in search relevancy, product categorization or e-commerce content moderation/annotation.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Strong analytical skills to differentiate technical product categories quickly.
• High attention to visual aesthetics and subtle pricing/style mismatches.
• Ability to navigate large datasets and high-volume SKU catalogs efficiently.
• English proficiency at least B1 to review documentation and attributes.

Responsabilidades

• Create pairs by matching products based on color, pattern and style.
• Check compatibility to ensure items work for the same use case.
• Review metadata including gender, price segment, and seasonality.
• Maintain a clean, structured list of matches following brand guidelines.
• Conduct category research to learn nuances of new product domains.
