• Familiar with AI tools and workflow testing.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-step business workflows using AI assistants (ChatGPT/Claude).
• Document workflows and assess AI performance against business needs.
• Evaluate AI outputs using rubrics and quality criteria.
• Provide actionable feedback to AI research and product teams.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Integrate AI tools with platforms like Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and Notion.
• Maintain thorough, reproducible documentation.
