Randstad Argentina seeks an AI Agent Power User to test enterprise AI workflows and evaluate outputs in real‑world business scenarios. You will document processes, rubrics, and findings, and provide actionable feedback to product teams.

This is a remote contractor role with global collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tech-enabled problem solving, excellent English, and experience with evaluation frameworks.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in any business function involving technology and operational problem‑solving.
• Excellent written English with strong documentation skills.
• Experience creating or applying evaluation rubrics or QA scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Run complex, multi‑step workflows using AI assistants (ChatGPT/Claude).
• Document workflows and assess AI outputs against business requirements.
• Provide actionable feedback to AI research and product teams.

Conocimientos

Experience solving business problems

Excellent written English

Bachelor’s degree or higher
