Alignerr is seeking experienced offensive security professionals to map attacker behavior and defense gaps for AI threat understanding. This role focuses on structured adversarial reasoning, not exploit development, requiring deep security knowledge and clear communication.

The position is a remote hourly contract (10–40 hours per week) with no AI/ML background required, allowing flexible scheduling and independent work on real-world scenarios.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on security experience in pentesting, red teaming, or blue-team with offensive focus.
• Strong understanding of real-world attack sequences in production environments
• Ability to map attacker decision-making across multi-stage intrusion scenarios
• Excellent written communication to explain attack paths clearly
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and analytical approach
• No required AI/ML background

Responsabilidades

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies across realistic environments
• Identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps in modeled systems
• Review red-team style scenarios and intrusion narratives for accuracy
• Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data for AI training and benchmarking
• Articulate attack chains, impact, and risk tradeoffs in structured formats
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
