Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Business Analyst/Operations Specialist to support a remote, contract-based role focused on tagging and ad operations for active client campaigns. You will set up, validate, and troubleshoot digital ad tags, ensuring accurate measurement and delivery across campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in digital campaign tagging or ad operations, experience with CM360, TradeDesk, or Innovid, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience in digital campaign tagging or ad operations.
• Proven experience creating, validating, and troubleshooting digital ad tags.
• Familiarity with digital ad servers, especially CM360 (Google Campaign Manager).
• Experience with platforms such as TradeDesk and/or Innovid.
• Solid understanding of impression tracking and discrepancies.
• English at upper-intermediate–advanced; client-facing communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Set up, QA, and distribute digital ad tags for active client campaigns.
• Validate tag firing, macros, and delivery behavior during campaigns.
• Troubleshoot tagging, firing, and impression tracking issues with clients and partners.
• Investigate impression discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Document tagging requirements, issues, and resolutions clearly.
• Act as technical point of contact for tagging questions during campaign execution.
