Home Comfort Group is seeking a maintenance professional to keep plant mechanical equipment in excellent condition. You will lead predictive and corrective maintenance efforts, enforce LOTO-based security, and supervise external contractors for major maintenance tasks.

You will participate in risk assessments, drive EHS initiatives, and train operators to enhance autonomous maintenance effectiveness, while defining corrective actions.

Formación

• Experience in maintaining mechanical plant equipment.
• Knowledge of predictive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with EHS rules and LOTO procedures.
• Ability to train operators and audit autonomous maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain mechanical plant equipment in excellent condition.
• Provide predictive and corrective maintenance.
