The Orchard is a leading, global music distribution platform seeking a Manager, Relationship Management to drive label partnerships and ensure successful market launches for artists and labels worldwide.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage release processes, analyze data, and nurture client relationships while staying ahead of industry trends. This role offers a dynamic, creative environment with healthcare and learning opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in music partnership management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about music and trends in the industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Proven track record of success in managing labels.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• Extensive knowledge of the music industry including trends and opportunities.
• Strong business acumen and budget understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Creative thinker with ability to develop marketing campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for artists and labels, maintaining relationships.
• Guide labels on best release practices and metadata requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute release and catalog plans.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, and legal to meet label needs.
• Manage distribution release processes from strategy to delivery.
• Distribute assets to global teams and keep stakeholders informed.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of audio/video product releases.
• Drive label engagement using marketing and data analytics tools.
• Attend artist shows as needed and support label campaigns.
• Support additional tasks like catalog ingestions and rights management.
