Revolut Ltd is seeking a Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager to safeguard the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of local regulatory reporting. The role blends data management with regulatory expertise and sits within the Finance team driving growth and compliance.

• 5+ years in a compliance or regulatory reporting role within a bank or similar regulated entity.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to interpret regulations and build reporting processes.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Producing and reviewing branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and other local regulatory requirements prior to submission.
• Defining and implementing the process to submit regulatory reports.
• Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for reporting (automated and manual).
• Communicating issues with appropriate data owners.
• Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions.
• Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting.
• Working closely with Accounting to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in future regulatory applications.
• Ensuring a close relationship with the Central Bank, responding to queries that may arise.

We're looking for a Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager who can combine data management and regulatory expertise to safeguard the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of our regulatory reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Producing and reviewing branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and other local regulatory requirements prior to submission
• Defining and implementing the process to submit regulatory reports
• Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for reporting (automated and manual)
• Communicating issues with appropriate data owners

• Working closely with Accounting to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in future regulatory applications

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance or reporting function for a bank (or similar regulated entity)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• The ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones
• To be highly self-motivated, independent, and a self-starter
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment
• Impeccable organisation skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines with close attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Nice to have

• Experience working with financial regulators
• Expertise working with IFRS accounting standards
• Proficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (particularly Adenza/Axiom)
• Experience in regulatory policy
• Knowledge of software or IT platform change initiatives
