A U.S.-based startup is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3+ years of recruitment experience, especially with remote teams. Terms: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $1000-$1200 Negotiable, based on experience
